Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order is accepted and roasted. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or delivery details are incorrect, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment.
Roasting and delivery
Coffee is roasted to order. Orders placed before the weekly roast are typically delivered within 48 hours of roasting across Qatar. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Returns
Because coffee is a perishable food product, sealed bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and undamaged. If a bag arrives damaged, stale or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.
Training and events
Course and event places are confirmed on payment. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the date; after that the fee is non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to someone else.
Use of the site
Content, photography and branding on this site belong to Kozbean and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.
